Your assessment starts
It begins as soon as your portal is live. Invite colleagues, list surplus items, search and claim, and try the admin features. Nothing is paused or blocked.

Extended while you are using it
If your organisation is actively using Warp It - adding items or inviting colleagues - and has not moved to a subscription by day 14, your assessment is extended automatically by another 14 days, so you have 28 days in all. There is nothing to ask for. If you need more time for any other reason, just get in touch.

Evidence, then a quote
Your assessment page shows how much your organisation has listed and claimed and, once there is enough activity, a forecast of the costs avoided and carbon saved across your organisation. Ask us for your subscription quote whenever you are ready.
